Excellent service and perfect views of the mountains from the guest room. Wonderful breakfast with bread, fruit, eggs, cheese, and meats. - Great location next to the train station, township, town centre, and main railway station. Ideal for accessing the Gornergrat train.

The breakfast was exactly as I hoped, with baked beans, eggs cooked to preference, and fruit. the location is particularly good and amazing for traveling around Zermatt, just off the Main Street and railway station.

The location was excellent, around a 10-15 minute walk from a cultural-natural museum. My twin room was available with a coffee maker, a lounge area, and a kettle. The staff were enthusiastic. An enjoyable and sensational breakfast was provided.

The breakfast was good on the rate, enjoyed it. The staff was welcoming and courteous when needed. The accommodation had a central location to the bus stop going to the ski stations. There was Harry's Ski Bar, located nearby, where we relaxed.

overall real good stay on vacation. spotless place with beautiful views and comfortable location in beautiful zermatt 2 minutes from gonergrat ride up the hill. good sized room, comfortable bed and neat bathroom. location so close to the railway station in zermatt and ski lifts and shopping. reasonably priced food in the restaurants such as berghof, located 5 min away.

Excellent staff, Trudy checked us in and provided hot tea in the morning. They stored our luggage after check-out so we could hike to the Matterhorn. Great view from our room. Convenient and peaceful location near the train station. Loved it.
